2. What Data Is Stored?

The app only stores data that you enter yourself:

Journal entries (daily planning, daily reflection, goals, successes, learnings, gratitude, mood rating)
Weekly planning and weekly reflections
Habits and their history
Annual goals and life areas
Profile name and optional profile photo
Statistics and progress data (XP, level, streaks)
App settings (language, design, notifications)

3. Where Is the Data Stored?

All data is stored locally on your iPhone (SwiftData). If you have iCloud enabled, data is additionally synced to your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit).

☁️ iCloud sync only writes to your personal, private iCloud database. The developer has no access to your data at any time.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is used exclusively for the functionality of the app: personal journaling, habit tracking, goal planning, and progress analysis. There is no other purpose.

5. Data Sharing

🚫 Your data is never shared with third parties. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no external servers.

6. Tracking and Analytics

This app does NOT use:

Any tracking technologies
Any analytics services (no Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
Any advertising SDKs
Cookies
Network requests (except iCloud sync if enabled)

7. Push Notifications

Push notifications are only sent if you explicitly grant permission. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings. Notifications are created locally on your device — no external push server is used.

8. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access (Art. 15): You can request information about your stored data at any time.
Rectification (Art. 16): You can edit your data directly in the app.
Erasure (Art. 17): You can delete all data at any time.
Data portability (Art. 20): Your data resides on your device.
Objection (Art. 21): You can object to data processing.
Restriction (Art. 18): You can request restriction of processing.

9. Deleting Your Data

You can delete all your data at any time: In the app go to Profile → Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all locally stored data.

For iCloud data: Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → journal → Delete Data.
